All aspects, locations, and exercises can be adjusted to your specific needs and we always respect religious and cultural requirements.
1: DISCOVERY (GLOBAL)
Work 1-on-1 with a range of elite coaches over four days, each bringing a unique approach to performance, communication, mindset and self-leadership.
2. INTELLIGENCE (LONDON)
Complete a real-time surveillance exercise alongside decision-making challenges designed to improve thinking under pressure.
3. GROWTH (WALES)
In the Brecon Beacons, you will Face physical and mental challenges where UK Special Forces and Sandhurst Officers train. Build strength, resilience, and leadership under fatigue.
THOSE WHO COMPLETE OUR TRAINING ARE AWARDED A CERTIFICATE OF EXCELLENCE SIGNED BY A FORMER COMMANDER OF THE UK SPECIAL FORCES.
